Inventory Management

This project was about optimally managing the inventory of various products, particularly Crop Protection (Insecticides, Fungicides, Herbicides, etc).

It consisted of:

• Sales Forecasting: A time series forecasting project about forecasting the demand of various products, in all the countries of the AMEA (Asia, Middle East, Africa) region.

• Smart Supply: Estimate current inventory sufficiency to meet demand forecast of next few months, and recommend distribution of resources to various plants/warehouses to meet demand optimally.
